Lease Administration
Caprock can assist you in getting your leases in order, have them abstracted by an attorney, and entered into an online database in PDF form along with a cover page that highlights the key points of each lease. The database can be queried and various reports can be printed such as lease commencements dates. Automatic email reminders can also be sent. Call us to discuss details!
