Jack Britten

Jack Britten is the President of Caprock Realty Partners based in Dallas, Texas. With 9 years of real estate experience, Mr. Britten began his real estate career with Bradford CORFAC International after spending 7 years in the transportation / logistics field. The knowledge and relationships that Mr. Britten established during that time combined with the national and international contacts established while at Bradford has allowed him to establish a national tenant representation platform. His specialty provides a niche service for third party warehousing and logistics companies that require brokerage services from a company that has expertise in not only real estate but transportation, warehousing, and logistics as well. Mr. Britten’s other duties include client representation, brokerage and consultation for owner’s and the corporate user of industrial, flex and office property.

Mr. Britten has a B.A. in Communications Studies with minors in Spanish and Mass Communications from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the North Texas Certified Commercial Investment Management (NTCCIM) chapter and is completing his CCIM candidacy. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
